In these 60 minute classes, there will be a combination:

  • Gentle yoga to synchronize the body breathe, heart mind.
  • Both guided meditation and self-directed time in silence.
  • Use of sound as a tool to explore meditation, bring awareness to the flow  energy in the ka (physical body) and ba (subtle body).
Discover new ways to lean in and lovingly listen within.

Practice your ability to sense, observe, and transform areas in your body that hold tension

Use of sound may occur in different ways each session: listening to recorded tracks, use of crystal bowls, toning, etc..

Benefit from the synergy and support of group meditation

No previous knowledge of energy work/healing required.

New or experienced with yoga or meditation? All are welcome
